"I knew Jane from her previous job working with children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties so I knew her to be reliable, trustworthy and professional. I had also met her dogs before and they were lovely – well cared for, well-behaved and good-natured. So when she had puppies available, it was really a no-brainer that we should get one from her.
After the puppies were born we visited several times to choose the one we wanted and to see it with his parents and siblings. They were clearly well looked after and Jane was supportive, helpful and clearly had a great knowledge of looking after animals.
